Who we are

The AI Readiness Check is run by NovoPro (MyPeak Vitality Pty Ltd), Newcastle NSW. Contact us about anything on this page at digital@novopro.com.au.

What we collect

• Your answers to the check, your industry, business size and role.
• Anything you type in the "one thing off your plate" box.
• Your first name, business name and email address.
• Whether you asked for follow-up emails, and basic usage data (pages viewed, through Google Analytics).

Please don't put customer, staff or other personal information in the free-text box. It isn't needed.

Why we collect it

To score your answers, show and email your result, let you come back to it, and, only if you ticked the box, send a few follow-ups about putting it to work. We also look at results in aggregate to improve the check. If you contact us, we may use your result to prepare for the conversation.

Who sees it

NovoPro does. We don't sell or share your details. Your free result is scored by fixed rules: no AI model reads your answers to produce it. Your result is reachable only through the private link we give you.

Where it is stored

Records are held by Base44, the platform this check runs on, and emails are sent through Google Workspace. Both may store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. By taking the check you consent to that.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your result at any time by emailing us. Every follow-up email carries an unsubscribe link. If you have a privacy concern we haven't resolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
